ViziSmart, Inc and its affiliated companies (collectively, the "Company") is the owner of this technology and related framework (the "Framework"). By accessing the Framework any Company’s technology you are herein opting in to share your data and communications with the Company in accordance with this privacy policy.

The Company appreciates that you may be concerned about the privacy of personal information that you provide to the Company through its Framework. Accordingly, the Company has in place the following Privacy Policy. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any of the Company’s offline practices for personal information you may provide to the Company through means other than its Framework.

While the Company makes commercially reasonable efforts to secure the privacy of any information supplied by users of the Framework, the Company does not guarantee the security of the information on and sent from the Framework. No transmission of data over the internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. While commercially reasonable efforts are made to protect your personal information, the Company does not ensure or warrant the security of any information that is stored or transmitted to the Company over the internet.

Voluntary Information Provided by You: The Company collects certain personal information about you whenever you voluntarily provide it through the Company’s Framework, such as when you send an e-mail to ask a question, complete one of the Company’s online forms to request information about the Company’s operations, or to provide feedback to the Company. The personal information you provide can include such items as your name, title, company, e-mail and U.S. mail addresses, and your telephone and fax numbers. The Company uses this information provided by you to answer your questions, to provide the information you request, and to respond to your feedback. The Company may also provide other information to you that it thinks may be relevant to your question or request. Digital Communications via mobile phone, email, push/pull notifications, or otherwise: By subscribing to use and participate in Company’s Framework, you are agreeing to allow the company to communicate with you digitally via mobile phone, email, push/pull notifications, or otherwise. You will receive notice informing you that your contact joined the Framework and providing you instruction to allow you to unsubscribe, in the event that you chose to. You are free to unsubscribe at any time. 

Emails: The Company’s Framework pages may contain an invitation to join an e-mail list. If you join an e-mail list on the Company’s Framework, you will be sent by e-mail certain updates and news relevant to the subject matter of the Framework. If at any time you no longer wish to receive these e-mails, instructions on how to unsubscribe from the e-mail list are set forth at the bottom of each e-mail.

Mergers and Sale of Business: The Company reserves the right to transfer information, including without limitation personal information provided by you, to an affiliate or to a successor in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or disposition of all or any portion of the Company’s business or operations.

Framework Usage Information: The Company logs IP addresses and domain names and aggregates them for system administration and to monitor the use of the Company’s Frameworks. The Company does use this technical information to identify you personally. The Company uses this Framework usage information to measure the number of visits to its Framework, the average time spent, the number of pages viewed, and to monitor various other site statistics. This monitoring helps the Company evaluate how its visitors use and navigate the Framework, so that the Company can improve the Framework and the content it provides. The Company does not sell this information and only uses these statistics for its internal business purposes. The Company does not currently make use of “cookies” on its Framework; however, the Company reserves the right to do so in the future. Links to other Frameworks: The Company’s Framework contains links to the Frameworks of other third parties that are not under the Company’s control, which include those of our business partners and other sites with information that the Company feels may be useful to you. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices, security or content of these other sites. Accordingly, the Company recommends that you review the privacy policies of these other sites.

Amendments to this Privacy Policy: The Privacy Policy may be revised by the Company from time to time. There is an Effective Date at the bottom of this Privacy Policy and the Effective Date will be updated when there has been a change. Accordingly, you should check the Effective Date on a regular basis for the most current Privacy Policy. Each time you access the Framework, you signify your acceptance of the then-current Privacy Policies in effect.

Your California Privacy Rights: California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits the Company’s customers who are California residents to request and obtain from the Company once a year, free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) the Company disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year. If applicable, this information would include a list of the categories of personal information that was shared and the names and addresses of all third parties with which the Company shared information in the immediately preceding calendar year.
